Why don't you just add the PS effects in Flexi? You can use most, if not all of your PS filters in flexi. It's under the bitmap tool bar.

You could also try lowering the magenta values in the linerization (sp?) menu in the project manager.

You can try cleaning the wiper area really good first. Take the right side cover off and get in there really good. That might solve your issue. The error doesn't mean you have to replace anything. I had it happen 1 week after installing a brand new pumping station. I cleaned it out and it's all...

try turning off the pre heater instead of the platen heater. If you have a take up reel use it. It will keep tension on the material.
