Once you replaced all those parts did you use a syringe to start getting the ink through the line? Try doing it at the dampers first then if you have to, do it on the line below the capping station, do it when the head is sealed up to the capping station. PM me if you want and I'll give my cell...

Well, the buckling sounds like a heat issue. My first reaction would be to turn the heat down and raise the head to the high position. I always print banner material with the head in the high position.
