You have to call them, but I think it's in the 50k range. I'm not certain on the price.

On laminated vinyl we do about 220 gram force. I cut on a Roland gx 500. On most other materials we cut at 90-120 gram force.

We only run ultraflexx here. I was doing to try Key Banner as I've been told it is UltraFlexx. I just stick with what works.

that was pretty impressive. dual dx5's with LED lamps? THK Rails? I like it. My only complaint is that the sheet metal on it looks like it would bend if you looked at it wrong. Please get a good amount of detailed photos when you're there. I'm interested.

flush the system to go back to OEM. Also, change all the dampers. Any residual inks in the damper could mix/ coagulate in the head and cause more problems.

Rocketbanner. I'm sorry for the problems with the ink. Solaris has been rock solid for years at my business. I burned through two heads a year with Triangle ink. I haven't been through one head since on Solaris which has been years now. I love this stuff. It does smell though...

The problem you're having is called "clipping". Photoshop can be setup to show where clipping issues will occur using the profile you're printing with. You can then in turn bump up the color in those areas. The true way to fix this problem is to create your own profile. Your K channel is...

I've used solaris for years. Not one problem. I buy in liter bottles though. hard to short you off on a clear liter bottle.

Yeah. You can buy the bearing unit for 200 dollars. Do not repack the bearing. The bearings sit in a little plastic bandolier type thing. That's what fails in the units. I didn't know you could source just the bearings and I bought a 1300 setup from Roland. I could have bought a new rig...
