If you can get your attorney to fine tune it at a minimum cost to you, that would be the best. I know from experience that almost any contract can be made null if the wording is not in your best interest. Protect yourself

Stay with your original design. You just need to reduce the brow a bit. It is clean and clear. Very eye-catching.

I still find Craigs List to be the best place to get people to look at whatever you have. They normally sell cheaper than anyone else. Advertising anywhere as we all know has gone haywire

I personally know someone who works in the printing department at Staples. They are not offering the same quality that you can get from our shop. They run specials and get people in the door. The people that buy from them, would not usually return for the same item.

I think that is the case. We hit a lull for a few weeks actually and then it hit pretty hard for a couple of days. I think that next month will be great...GOOD LUCK

We have leased before and all kinds of promises were made. It was not the case. I personally have never heard of a $1 buy-out and I know for a fact that if you don't have it in writing....there is no legal obligation for them to honor the agreement. GOOD LUCK
