    I have a couple of 25's and we'll be adding two more this spring. Great machines! I've had every matter of solvent printers going back to the Océ Arizonas, this is the best iteration of a 60" printer we have yet to own.

    We run multiple HP latex machines. We do get the oil rail error, but just ignore it till the job ends, then lube. We print a lot, and lube a few times a day if needed. And we keep head pads in stock and change them out frequently. BUT, in reference to the other codes/issues....this may be...

    Yikes, talk about a last minute disaster in the making. Super specialty media, oversize, and a blizzard on the way. Don't want to say she's effed, but who waits this long on a project like this? Oh, wait, seems almost everybody! Seriously give bill at Wyld GFI a call maybe he has a solution.
  9. Flatbed Solvent Printers

    Jeti user here. No problem printing thin substrates with a UV flatbed......even rice paper. Just turn the lights down, and slow the carriage down. Not a big deal.
  10. Foam letters

    I know of quite a few sets of insulation foam letters throughout the Florida keys....high winds, rain, very high UV, picky birds, etc that are going on over 10 years installed. Still look great. Big thumbs up for insulation foam and a good latex paint finish!!!

  13. HP L25500 Printer can it print on Heat Transfer Material?

    We have two clients that we print this specifically for. They ship in their material, one of which is the fellers stuff and the other is the Rtape stuff. Prints just fine high pass low heat, L25500, I think we use the display film setting. Holds dimension well enough to contour cut accurately.
  14. Agfa Jeti 1224 HDC problems

    Mike, have you checked your power cleanliness and stability? Is your machine on a transformer? Is your building on a transformer? It might very well be a voltage or frequency issue. We have an issue where we loose half the heads, a-side, if there is a power issue such as a storm, brownout, etc.

    3M controltac on press.....the smell of $$ 8518 on the laminator smells even better. I'm a sick sadistic digital sign dude I guess...... It all smells better than our fleet of solvent printers used to!!
