the ink's great, knock on wood but it's properties reject adhesion & I have no idea why.
low tack or standard is too light.
Masking tape has the right adhesion but pulls the ink off in spots.
to transfer a custon routed graphic.
On rare occations we'll print a contour cut graphic which needs to have transfer tape for either our installer or the customer.I could easily switch to a solvent print but I'm looking for a tape that can work with the UV
currently our transfer tape does't adhere well to the UV ink & masking tape doesn't want to either untill you burnish it in, resulting in the inkchipping afterwards.
Any suggestions?

I'm looking to replace (2) 60" HP5500's with something else that is quicker and has the same image quality!
I'm open to replacing it with a another solvent if there is one that can print as good because it can free up jobs for our roll 2 roll at times but the quality has to be nothing less of...
I have plenty of times but don't think it's worth the hassel.
The white can be useful especially when backing up a contour graphic on clear acrylic.
Sometimes you gotta double strike it to produce a nice white but you gotta have a job that's really worth the money in order to flush the lclm...
