May I ask, what causes the belt drive to produce banding? Why would this happen upon heavy coverage, I would think that the color would just bleed into itself and light settings, printhead out, low passes or bad feed rate could only cause this. Especially with full black coverage. Does the...

I've just started profiling UV and it's no different than creating a profile like any other. I use Xrite/Monaco profiler. As light cures it instantly, there will be little need if profiling every substrate. Only ones that contain the same white point.

Here's one graphic of the many that were produced this week. My involvement was flatbed printing, routing & a little bit of vinyl. The XLII is reverse printed acrylic surface applied to a printed pvc panel. It's been quite busy & fun this week.

we can cut aluminum , acrylic etc on our multicam router, I'm mostly concerned with gatorfoam, corro and boards that are normally cut on a fletcher.I might be beating a dead horse but the fletcher isn't precise & I'm just looking to explore other cutting options before we opt for another.
