years ago before the advent of digital printing, i used to use the 10 oz banners you could buy with the gromets already in them. They would never last to long, but never were meant to.

The 3M laminate is like no other I have ever experienced. It seems so much softer and goes down with absolutley no silvering. Can cut immediately in a plotter if need be with no wait time. I have not tried oracals laminate though ans maybe I should give it a try. How much less is it?

I have a 22' boat in the shop for reflective striping and the hull just won't come clean with methyl hydrate or all purpose cleaner. Is there anything that is safe to remove these stains? If not how well does vinyl stick to it?

I use ferrari Decolite. Best material I have found yet for banner stands. Pricey but lightweight and is available with blockout. Not sure of the heat issue, but I am sure a supplier will send you a sample
