    Sorry for your woes, but I think when you invest thousands with SAi you always end up with the worst customer service you'll ever experience. I've been there before with them . . . No more upgrades with them for me.

    In my VP-540 I need 2 cleaning cartridges installed when not pumping ink. Isn't there any way at all you can avoid standing this valuable machine on end ?
