We have XC's and you should be very careful with leaving unattended for to long. Common problems are: • Skewing resulting in envitable crash if to far skewed • Heavy Rolls wave up if not prefeed due to tension • Run out of ink in the middle of night causing dry up of heads

If you need faster than that , what you trying to print?

High speed is only great for Oracal Sticky Vinyl from what I can tell so far. I hope that works for you. I wouldn't go under 540x360 though

I have a friend that uses it and he say their ok. We prefer different but so far their good according to him.

Not true, Sorry Replicator. There seems to be a misconception that lamination is a must and I must say it is so far from the truth. Does lamination improve your durability, NO QUESTION, but a must not really. Eco ink have proven themselves lately. If you want to save some money Frog juice...

interesting, we've heard mixed things about the ion but never anything bad but definitely lots of hype. Our main concern is ink longevity.

We were told the michines don't really know their empty until the pins/clips poke out. GPI should be right if it's shaved off enuff to make it flush

I agree with the second half of this "people are so split on this machine". As a Wholesale company its to risky for us to have a 50/50 chance of being up or down. Generally Mimaki is kind of a safe purchase, but lately IDK. I also heard the same about their flatbed as well.
