    We print in 360x720 most of the time and use 3rd party ink at 30% cheaper cost than oem so we believe are its alot less than that. Sometime we even print in 360x540 which is even less ink down.

    Actually it depends on your profile. 360x540 is going to be less than say 720x720 or 1440x1440

    Depends if you have RIPC in frot of your profile usually make the difference.

    all profiles are the same, non different. You may have a blocked line under capping station.. It happened to me.

    Sounds like you need a very low tack tape or your inks not bounding? Simple transfer tape shouldn't do that. Maybe there's an ink problem. Just a suggestion.

    Then my friend, your fucked. lol :) Nosa. You actually have to have RIPC i believe on your printer firmware for it to be a option. Go to Rolands website and see if you can get a free downlaod. You might have to call Cahleefournee-ah in the mourning and ask if the SP540 has the option.
