Get cutting master, not graphtec studio. Then you create in Adobe illustrator... send to cutting master, and it'll cut whatever your vector is for you. Youtube Cutting master, tons and tons of videos on how to do it. It's the simplest way.. I still use it for print + cuts over flexi / Onyx's...

I've never had this problem, but I know cheaper media tends to bow when printing on the latex and causes this problem. Do you have a straight edge? Try putting your.media against a wall, or something you know is straight... See if the ends are touching but not the middle...

In Flexi before you send the job, under job peroperties, printer options, click prepare to print, and let your.machine sit for 4-5 minutes. It'll warm up the printer. I have the same issue since my machine isn't in a heat controlled area, and this fixes the print from not drying and the quality...

I can buy dust in the first 1-1.5 ft of the roll. But the material is loaded under the printer, it's somewhat covered... And there's not much lead between the roll and the printer. If it is dust, your machine would have a layer of dust when you open the viewing door... Does it look / feel...

What kind of floor? Use a good thick floor overlam and any reflective if it's smooth. 3290 would be ok, albeit it a pain in the ass to remove when you want to remove it. Its cheap enough, and so long as is not like a concrete floor it should work. 680 is more expensive but would be better...
