a few google searches indicate that corel does not support it. But have your tried it using the alt+ access them? Nevermind, I think you want them to come up automatically or turn them on/off, right? AFAIK that is in Adobe products
If there is not alot of text, you can edit the shapes off and reconnect the open sections. Otherwise, check dafont.com under the gothic section and browse for something

Only if it saved with a preview or you save/create it yourself. I have dozens of folders of eps clipart that bridge will not preview. I have to open/resave the eps for bridge to preview it
Short answer is this... Ask customer for ai, eps, pdf or cdr and rarely fh (freehand) files. That composes about 95% of the vectors. If they don't have these then you need to redraw. If you open the file and it is still get a raster, then your customer does not understand vectors and you'll...
Some of my design customers don't know what vectors are, believe it or not. Some only work in photoshop
