It's good vinyl your using, but you have to know how to use it. Don't use a heat gun on flat surfaces. Heat will stretch the vinyl out of place.
I'd like to see a photo of it messed up half way down.
Total waste of money and time. It's an age old fact that you don't laminate a banner. For one they aren't smooth and it won't lay down properly. Second I put up a for sale banner on the side of a building in 2006 and its still there today and still readable from a long distance. Beat that
The HT55 would be good, but the 4075-RLA has an easy release liner so when you peel the transfer tape off, it doesn't peel the vinyl off the wall.
You can use either. Just stay away from clear, it's too thick for that vinyl.
1. The smaller tiny ones won't matter. This is because of the clear tape.
2. No you can always get air in it, it's the way you squeegee. If you apply strong pressure and don't miss any spots, you won't get any bubbles.
3. Oracal is an amazing company but for transfer tape I recommend Conform...
