  7. jus' wonderin'

There are many thought provoking discussions here and indulge me on this topic if you could... you have to live it in order to understand the implications but I am interested on the topic of nepotism in the workplace. Has anyone had the pleasure or displeasure of having to deal with this...
  8. Trying to get the right color.

The combination of variables including which RIP, media, profile, and rendering intents are almost mind boggling...! Try to keep your work flow simple and consistent for the most accurate results... it takes a lot of testing and always record your results for future reference. JP
  9. Roland XC 540 vs SC 545

Both very good machines... the 540 being the newer more robust version... used the 545 and am currently on the 540. "... Some people on here need to lighten up....big time. Dan, your getting in a few good licks and you didn't even read the first post. Mob mentality dude....then Ponto agrees with you. Guess he didn't read it either. On the contrary... I've followed this thread and am enjoying the responses...
  18. Deciding to go my own way. Logo critique.

:goodpost: When you HEAR opposing rationale I suppose the immediate response is to assume a defensive posture. At that point I try to evaluate, with an open mind (hard to do at times), the contradictory viewpoint and see if I can benefit from it. We are all our own worst enemy at times... JP
  19. boarder

..."your/you're" right and you must have posted in haste since you added an "e" to find ...and while this may seem trivial to some observers, the same may be said when opinions, observations, or ridicule is offered on design efforts... JP
  20. boarder

..."border/boarder" a common error I also encounter before I commit jobs to production. When a spelling error occurs in haste it is just that, but when an error occurs repeatedly it indicates an ignorance of the proper manner in which a word is spelled. JP
