I do not know what program you use to apply countour cut, but I use illustrator and have had no problems since I learned how to use it, if you use illustrator, are you saving it as an EPS file? -
Aligning Material Question
Joe what I do when I print a banner is (I use a 30 inches sp300v) I pull at least 20 feet of media (make sure that the floor is clean) then roll it back from the roll at least 10 feet, lower the clamps and you should be ok, that will help to get it aligned. -
