Next time before you cut, make 10 1" squares and send them to the plotter. When finished if you can not remove that whole piece in one pull, adjust your blade till you can or put in a new one. It will save you hours. Also a nice helvetica is SO much easier to weed. A 7-10 day turnaround on...

Jamie, my media center at home is doing the same thing. But it freezes at the window you posted and I can not do anything. Also has a jumble of letters. The media centers do have a recovery option on the first screen. It runs a PC recovery and makes the computer like it came out of the box...

That is the only fix I found for this problem I save it first at the original size, resize to about 10%, do a print preview then I can move it around on the page to the size I want. Lost a few designs without saving first before going to print. Thank goodness for the Autoback-up. Nancy

Watch the (light on the USB) when it gets slow and jerky. If its blinking something is in the way. (It is usually my leg) When the light burns steady you should be good to go. Till I figured this out slamming it was my only other option. Nancy
