Barry, I've never had much luck with being able to re-use old lexan after removing the vinyl, is this a cheap customer, or is there another reason for this?

I know it's not possible using standard eco-sol or solvent printers, i'm pretty sure it's not possible using any type of printer one would use for wraps, but i'm not 100% on that.

I've used the rite media product before, nothing but issues! you have to babysit the printer while it's printing or else it gets sucked into the machine via the pinch rollers!

Thanks Fred, when I put a gerber foil in, the print came out perfect. I also tried lowering the print temperature and it made a pretty drastic improvement! Thanks!

It's hard to guess how long to process is untill you try to get a permit. some areas are a breeze, some areas (like mine) can take upwards of 6-8 weeks. it all depends on how on the ball your city's permit department is.
