I would reccomend using CloneCD http://www.slysoft.com/en/clonecd.html it makes an exact copy of the cd, including any copy protection that may be on it, I have used it in the past for exactly what you are trying to achieve.

I would use 1/16" thick Macralon for this, if you use a good vinyl it won't buckle.

Barry: What brand is the lam? we've had this happen with a few different brands, mostly with the last 5yrds or so on the roll, I always just assumed the lam was rolled to tightly against the inner core.

We have you all beat, the building we are currently renting used to have a glass company in it about 15-20 years ago, about once a year we still get old guys walk into the shop, look around for a few minutes and ask if we can cut some glass for them.

That's over a year old, plus knowing staples, they probably won't touch the big solvent carts, they just want the little ones from desktop printers

I've been looking for something similar, have yet to find anything up here. Staples won't take them as it's an american promotion. Have you tried contacting some of the ink and media suppliers? There was talk of all graphics supplies offering this about a year ago, but I don't think anything...

:goodpost: i wouldn't worry, unless everyone is saying you are too expensive or too cheap, if you are getting a good mix, it probably means your pricing is pretty good for your area.
