I have a 30" Panther. You do need to move the pinch rollers by hand, but don't move them while they're in the locked position. I have (2) for my Panther, but they are not exactly the same or I might send you one. SW will send you one. I don't know if you can get any info under your help...

Sounds like you're cutting, not printing. If they have an eps or ai ,get it. Or charge them more for converting it for them. If it is simple you may not have a problem.

Not familiar with that cutter and hard to see what's going on from the pic, but it almost looks like the top is in place , but the bottom roller needs to go back, thus bringing the blade assembly directly over the cut strip. Looks like you can just pick it up and set it in there....
