I save all our cores and the black plastic end deals and the box our films come in. That is about the best way I have seen...but I don't ship a whole lot, 2-3 boxes go out a day is all.

I get calls weekly. I also get photo development call, not planning on doing that either.
Guess I don't follow the OP. After you print a film you let it "dry" overnight? I print stuff and apply it in 15-20 minutes after it is off the printer, it is "dry" when it come out of my Roland, the film is soft for about 5 minute or so, after that it goes down no problem. If I had to wait...
I tell them vinyl cutting is a thing of the past and I digital print everything....I love the sad look on their face when I pop their vinyl sign making bubble.

Cast vinyl letters for the date, I can't believe something so common and simple has gotten so many replies.
I do banners like this at least two three times a week....
