    I have this same problem. I just keep some extra dampers on hand. Happens about 2-3 time a year. Mag contaminates the yellow, never happens to any of the others. Sometime I can suck the damper out and re-use it after a good cleaning.

    If it is outside I just give them two banners, small ones I know how to print double sided so I don't have a problem. Anything under 8' is simple. Still doing two single sided is easier, LOL. Are you letting the banner sit for a couple hours between printing sides, that helps so the material is...

    I am a Fellers and Grimco guy. Both have served me well over the years. Fellers has even opened a warehouse in Omaha 45 minutes from my shop. And the Grimco delivers to me twice a week for my sheet goods and such.
