It's a simple Corel bitmap effect called "Fabric" You can choose Needle point, Rug hooking, Quilt, Strings, Ribbons, and Tissue Collage, Then assign the size of the texture and the angle at which the light casts against it.:thumb:

Sure you can! We print in RGB all the time, in fact we prefer it because we can get those vivid RGB colors.
