Head might be going bad.
Those random blocks of ink all the way across the platen point to an electrical problem.
I had a similar problem with my 1304 recently but the head was just a few months old.
What I did was open everything up and cleaned all the pc boards - pulled and reseated all the...
Never mind the RV, lease a couple of Harleys and some electric underwear and make a real road trip out of it.
Good luck if you do get it.

In the pdf you uploaded you have too many overlapping paths (38).
The part under the "A" was filled with red but didn't have an outline on it.
The white line you see is from the shape under it that is filled with white and has the outline.
You need to simplify it down, combine all the red...
You need to set the stroke in front of the fill.
With your path selected press F12
In the box look at the bottom and clear the checkmark on the "behind fill" option.
Adjust the size as it will most likely be too thick.
Should work.

We service 13 retail stores here and just to do a network wide site survey - spending 15 to 30 minutes at each store eats up the whole day.
Travel time between the stores even in a small local area adds up fast, especially if you are not familiar with the area.
We have a good deal of...
FS is proprietary to SAi so if they don't have something (maybe in the cloud?) I don't think you will find any 3rd party app to do this.
Hire a temp and let them go at it while you make money making signs.....

I have not been using CM for very long but I have noticed it tends to choke with larger, complex files.
To get around it I copy just the paths I want to cut and paste them into an empty file - cut from there without saving.
delete that set and paste in the next color or layer or group and do...
Gino as an enabler you should feel bad.
You know in a year or so this same layout is going to be featured on an episode of Tattoo Nightmares with some poor girl trying to get it removed from her butt cheek......

Logo needs lots of work - start over.
I'm not going to judge the guy to much until I see how he responds here.
From what has been posted he looks like a guy trying to earn a living in a hard economy.

Not familiar with the printer/cutter or Rasterlink but a quick google search shows that v5 does have a sort function.
Option #5 (hard to see in the screen cap)
Not much info on it other than to turn it on or off.
I use a Graphtec cutter that has a sort option that can be turned on and...

If you want to stick with the wire idea Google windshield cut out tools.
There are a lot of options for wire tools with handles that are cheap and should do the job.

Completely not useful
but if you drop the word Sequoia into the Urban dictionary you get a colorful connection to certain male body parts amongst others......

trying to clear out my collection of useless posts before the new year rings in.
Once in a while we have odd sized prints or material to cut that won't line up with the required pinch roller widths.
We just add a strip of waste material down one or both sides for the rollers to clamp down on.
(tape it on the release sheet side).
This comes from the very early days of...
You need about an 1" of material outside the registration marks for the rollers to grip (1/2"on each side)
And you need about the same on the inside between the registration marks and the contours to be cut.
If the graphics are too close to the marks the registration will error out.
I think...
