    not knowing what media you are using, sounds like this is the culprit especially if you are using low grade calendar vinyl. Other thought is the vacuum on the printer, is it even across the feed?

    Never heard of that vinyl before, we do have some TOTAL CHEAP CR@P we use for the tight wad/weekend signs that curls on of full bleeds. Suggestions; get better vinyl is you are going to wanting any sort of life span. print, dry, laminate, cut if you are going to stay with this brand

    we use VW on our VS640 and do not add cut line as its own layer, locate the far outside edge you are using as your contour shape then put a border on it in the cut color. Don't remember exact steps as I'm not the designer and CorelDraw is used

    Is the rubber flexible/with a lip? if so curl the lip up and then use the sealer tape. we try to avoid these situations at all cost, you can try a sealer pen since you have no extra room
