You may want to check into some other tranfser suppliers. I just found one that does not charge you morer for sending in your own artwork and they have worked out great.
Yes it is a bmp. It will be sent out for screened transfer sheets to heat press on shirts. The company only handles .cdr or illy files.
Jiarby thanks I believe I have what I need as I imported it into corel and broke it apart. Thanks for the insight much appreciated.:thankyou:
I have a .psd file that has halftones in it and I need it done in .cdr. I have no clue on how to do it. Please let me know if you can help and I will forward you the .psd file. I am not looking for it to be done for free, if there is a cost no problem.:thankyou:

Tim listen if you are still having problems feel free to pm me your guess and I will...
Honestly if you are doing mainly one and two color prints! I would look at using a company that prints the transfers for you while you supply the artwork. Then you can heat press them with no mess or clean up of inks.
I have an INSTA 228 Swinger that is 4 years old and have not had a problem with it. Check the warranty also, I am looking at a hat press and am leaning towards the INSTA or Hotronix. Hotronix has the better warranty. I have never needed service so I can't speak for that.
I went direct to Oracal's site followed the steps on THISlink. After sending them pics of the problem they put me in touch with a Josh Culverhouse. I am not sure if they are region specific but here is his email info. Joshua Culverhouse

:thumb:If there is one thing I do have is a very good sense of humor.:rock-n-roll: I wanted to bust your balls about grease and oil on the sheets but wasn't sure if would go for it. Some Italians are very touchy, growing up in a family full of them I know. You would not know that I had any...
Racing fuel (104 octane and higher) Fresh cut grass which I will be doing today for the 4th time already. That is very unusual up here for this time of year. I usually don't get my 4th mowing in until late May but I'm not complaining if you consider the alternative. (SNOW) The perfume my wife wears.
