    as long as your spot color is created correctly and exported correctly, PM will see it and add reg marks etc as needed. (assuming you cut to the q54 from flexi as well)

    -personally I would copy/paste into new artboard to be sure -contour cut line can be added in illustrator (create a CutContour swatch)

    I would say try a few different profiles - the blue looks really heavy, and at the same time the black isnt

    seems to me your 'black' is 100%K - try using 'rich black' by introducing CMY into the mix (like 30/30/30/100 C/M/Y/K)
