banner printing problem
Did ya have KFC for lunch?:tongue: Like Greg said, that looks like finger or hand contamination. Lint free gloves will help avoid that but if the blotchiness is consistent throughout the material either your profile is not up to par, you have bad material, or your heat settings are to low. . -

tracing in flexi
Like Fred said you need to experiment with the different setting. Try Bezier under vectorize. It's simple and works well. -

How to over print with white?
Not sure about AI but in Flexi you would import a spot color table> go to effects> finisher> and apply it from there. -

Are you printing on banner material? Most likely a piece of fuzz on the printhead.
