trucks that size have RIMS ........20-22" across. the drivers side door, 36-42" wide. scale it from those. you sizes, 2 X 7=14 sq ft X 2 =28 sq ft X $10 s.f. = $280.00. removal of old vinyl, clean and prep, at least $10 an hour. i would say at least 3-4 hours. $280 + $40=...

john, we WHO PAINT, will never be replaced by digital. also we can DRAW, THIS puts us in a different league then vinyl jockey's and print producers. its sad that no one today who is in this line of work want to learn how...........to paint or draw. so much more real satisfaction when you clean...

my reasons for buying other plotters was: the pnc-1000 was limited to 15", 18" or 20" vinyl. also it was older tech, and its cutting length was limited to 62.99. also it was only a 15 inch per sec cutter. which after 5-6 years with it...........it was to slow and not wide enough..AND NOISY...

trust me this CX-300 is the cats meow. reson i had 2 PNC-1100's was i had one in the truck and one in the office. anddddddddddd as for the PNC-1000, at the time i bought it GOOBER 4 B's was just moving to the goober sprint)))))) and they were FONT CARD plotters, and the fonts was $100 a pop...

i have had 4 plotters over the years.........NEVER HAVE I BOUGHT A NEW ONE, everyone has been a ROLAND..........PNC-1000 i started with, payed $1600 for it sold it for $500. bought 2 PNC-1100 each was a grand. sold each for $500. got a CX-300........now, never had a problem with any of them...

also found this out at STAPLES, when i went to pick up the printer. $50 off purchase price, over $199, if you bring in old printer,!!! clerk asked if my old printer still worked i said yeas, then he said you got any old printers that dont work? WALA....i still have the FIRST HP COLOR INKJET...

in all my years.........of stickin vinyl, I HAVE NEVER HAD TO EDGE SEAL intermediate or HP standard vinyls!

how are they filling these truck? might be since its on ONE SIDE, they are dragging the fill hose to the top and sliding a hard heavy hose along the lettering????????????????
