    So you were able to print 2 panels but now the 3rd is giving you this problem? This might sound dumb but try unplugging the printer for a few minutes, plug it back in and start it up. Also reboot the computer that is running Flexi.

    Buy a cheap Ebay cutter for $300 and use that. Thats what we did and it works great! Why risk screwing up a good cutter on magnets?

    Can you spray the area where the lettering is going with a clearcoat? That might work but I would test a small area first to make sure.

    I think it has been up there for a few years now through hot sun in the summer and freezing temps in the winter. I hope it comes off that easy but I have a feeling it might be a little tougher than that.
