Could not agree more about the fonts. I tried everything in my power to push a different font. But they wanted it to be the Perpetua Titling MT font. :( Again did not want to use the cap, but they have been using it like that for years. So I just followed orders...lol.

Both... I use RGB for gradient design backgrounds. I use CMYK for pretty much all others. Love Photoshop and Illustrator!!!

Labor: $45 - $75 per hour depending on the wrap vinyl used. Just use a lot of heat and it will come off fairly easy with some muscle...lol.

Rolle Pro is the best for the job. If done correctly you only need to use a heat gun to go over the contours and rivets to seal the deal. ;) I almost bought that tool from Fellers and they did not have any good word back on it. So I just ordered a back-up Rolle Pro...lol.

Here is a recent Full Wrap we did for our client. The wrap was done using Arlon XRP 6000 Wrap Vinyl & 3220 Lamiante. We did not have any issues with the vinyl and the customer loved the wrap. We got 2 box truck wraps from this project just a couple blocks down the road... ;) My best pics of...

If you create a 1.5" bridge over the rivets and use a Rolle Pro...no worries. Softly apply the graphic on each side of the row of rivets. Then after you have closed off both sides of the rivets. You should have a 1.5" - 2" bridge over the row of rivets. Then heat to 180 degrees. It will...
