I just use a 42" LCD TV 1080P... I have not used a monitor in 4 or 5 years for my shop. When I work on someones computer that uses a monitor, I just think...wow that is small. lol...
LCD TV's are great, but they will be taking sooooooooooooo many print jobs away from us here on out. Why...
I love doing Chevy Express Vans... The channels are not bad at all. Use a bit of primer 94, if you want a bit more tac to help them long term. I would not suggest to cut reliefs.

I have used a lot of the Arlon 6000 XRP with the 3220 laminate. I have had no issues over the last 2 years. I love the stuff and would suggest it to anyone that is looking for a great combo wrap kit between $700-$750.

The first wrap project with the tree company is an award winner for sure. I would have had a hard time giving them the keys back..lol. Work like that is hard to let go. ;)
I think TIF files are the best file type to print from Photoshop. Flatten the image and save as a tiff.
Gotta love the XC-540, it is a work horse and then some.
I have heard horror stories about the 4560 GTX from a friend that has used it. It seems the only time they used it was for box trucks, even then they had to redo it for their client within about 4 months.
I have used about a lot of the 6000XRP and think the world of it. It goes down very easy...
I would think it is your CPU not being able to handle some large files and you are ripping while printing.
or
Your network needs to be restarted and check the running processes for large files.
What type of CPU do you have...specs?
