damn it. i am jealous. i haven't done a real rebuild since we found our mutoh vj1617h at a church in dallas & paid $1000. for it. uship got it to us for $900. new printbhead and about $500 in parts & a thorough flush. (it sat for 2 years & mp31 ink sets like cement)

but, just think, if he had run it through topaz & image traced, as suggested, he wouldn't even remember who the client was, by now.

i would think if you can't work the bugs out of the process WHEN THE PRINTER IS IN THE SAME ROOM WITH YOU, it would be difficult to sort it all out with the printing happening in a different time zone

Hopefully it isn’t like flexi. you are onky allowed to activate/ deactivate 6 times in a year (or so i am told) i don’t know how they validate activation. Typically any rip is very protective about multiple activations good luck with this

You know network printing has been common for about 35 years, right? i‘m not sure your choice of printer location voids their rights under the licensing run a piece of wire
