If i am understanding correctly, the graininess comes from using a CMYK,printer. the colors that would be rendered with lc & lm ink are printed with whitespace around the pixels. a CMYKlclm printer would look much less grainly higher resolution is not going to help perhaps you can tweak spot...

did the replaced fuse blow again? you may want to check VOLTAGE (dc) on both sides of the fuses. the fact that a fuse is intact is no guarantee that the correct voltage is reaching the fuse i bought my mutoh(s) about 2 years ago, and am stilll getting used to the quirks they have SOMEWHERE...
