Just looks like p!ss-poor files. How much did you hafta blow it up ?? The black is about the only solid color I see and it doesn't look all that bad.

It might just have a hard time thinking about going straight, but gradually moving inward/outward. Ever notice how some letters will cut like crazy, then all of a sudden your plotter slows down and does some big curve ?? Kinda the same thing, I guess.

Yes, that's too cold for a working environment, let alone a print shop. Not to mention, that most likely creates a problem for your printers trying to keep things at a certain temperature for printing. You're adding more stress to your machines. They're probably not performing properly.

It seems very obvious you used the wrong material for the job. Trying to polish a turd isn't going to help you or your client. You'll need to take that off and do it with the correct vinyl and lam designed for a textured wall, inside and what kind of paint was used ?? Not knowing this ahead...
