    Different model but same process.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbAJisIKneY Are you using the correct profiles? That test print looks good, I don't think it is a head problem. Call the tech at Midwest Sign Supply in Omaha, he had gotten me out of a few jams.

    Can you put up a pic of a print and a fire off a test print to see how the heads are firing. Have you changed the caps before? What about dampers?

    that is 2,900 54" rolls of material...pretty much he would have had to run more than one whole roll every day in this one machine!

    I have been using Roland machines since 1990 and have nothing but good things to say about the products and tech support service I have needed.

    That ez taper thing looks like it would be a great tool, but that price seem a little high for it being a manual running machine.
