I have the crop marks preset @ 10mm on the four corners in the original set up that goes to my printer. Are you saying that the plotter is rejecting the Mimaki presets for crop marks?

I just tried to plot a printed decal with crop marks. After initialization, I tried to get the OPS system to locate the crop marks and after finding the first mark the plotter buzzes, and thorough an error code 0036. Anyone have an idea what might be wrong??
