Sorry for all of the non-constructive negativity around here.
I think the biggest concern about starting a sign business should be how jadded and negative you may become. Some people here think they have more of a right to use internet forums than others- forgetting that they once had a first...
If you pay bananas you get monkeys.
There are people who want to work and help grow a business, but you have to pay for them.
I left my employer of 12 years this summer (not in the sign business) and started my sign business. I gave them a great work ethic, had annual sales exceeding 1 Million...
Becasue you used posts as plural, I assume there is at least two posts. I would do it in two steps. You don't want to be trying to handle too much overhead weight at once while you're leveling the posts in drying concrerte But mostly I wouldn't try it becasue of the complications that may come...
He sounds like a great addition to the shop.
Here's my shop mascot. His name is Winston. He is litter trained and doesn't ever complain.

If you have recently installed something that may be the problem.

I also have a purpose-bought external hard drive for the same reason, although I haven't had to use it yet thankfully. The only problem is having the discipline to update often enough.
I think I'll do mine right now.
You can also store your data online for a nominal fee (whatever a...
Thanks people!
I'll pick some up at the drug store today for now and check with a chem supply as well.
It's conviently located right beside the beer store anyway and it's going to be 31 degrees here today (92 or so F) -Late August in Canada that's a big deal.
Cheers
I was reading a post last night about using Isop. Alc. for cleaning. I read that some rubbing alcohol is the same. I am wondering if there is a more economical way to buy it then from the drug store (or maybe it's cheap there anyway- I'm going tomorrow. Also, should I be aware of any issues with...
