I use it all the time and change my sheet cut blade a few times a year. With regards to vinyl, a sharp blade creates less paper dust which can contaminate the beginning of your next print. -

Programs for Printing to EDGE ? ? ?
Try some different LPT port settings and a new cable. If that doesn't work drop Flexi tech support an e-mail. -

Make sure rip and print is set to "send Now" and not "hold in list" also that P. Mgr. is showing the Edge installed on LPT 1. -
