As I was browsing the web, came across this video, all I can say is WOW. Anyone know where to get one of these wirecups for a router? I mostly use a 1/4" collet

sounds like you have a collet may be damaged or worn out. Is the spindle nut worn on the inside?
Have you had a bit break up in the collet? Are you using a collet for metric bits on standard sized bits?
I use a (refuse to say the name, rack and pinion, 7.5 hp spindle ) 5x10 router table. When cutting 1/4 aluminum I use a 3/16 up cut single flute bit ( hartlauer bit 63-700 series ). I use a 2 nozzle mister spraying oil/water mix in about a 40/60 mix. ( I use Rustlick WS-5050 part number 74016 )...
We do cut foam and pvc lettering to mount to walls. If it is a lightweight foam letter we used TESA tape. It's extremely high tack. When you use it, you position the letter, and press.
At the former shop we had no vacuum hold down, so we used this tape to hold the substrate to the router...

May be driver or program problem with the 64 bit OS.
I have problems running some 32bit programs with my 64 bit OS on my laptop
