I have not had issues with vinyl on latex. Gotta make sure the latex is very smooth. One alternative you may want to consider is painting the background and cutting vinyl mask for the lettering spray or roll it and rip it off wet.

The logo is stiff the fonts used are not a good choice. I do not like it and I think there could be much improvment. Subcopy would look better italicized or in script. Seems like its all over the place. Sorry thats my opinion. It does not appeal to me.

Im not against a 2 sided vehicle with dirrefent on each BUT if its a logo, do not mess with it. You have got to stay consistent on logos as to not lose the integrity
