1 set of ink in 8 months is hard to belive, if it went through it's regular cleaning cycle that alone would have used up the inks. Unless Rolands don't self clean.

If your using colour management software you can scan a vinyl swatch and make profiles to that colour.

Why would you put a water based head into a solvent printer? I would think it would melt the print head.

If you take your fill and put it either over or under your text, the select both layers and apply a mask it's in the arrange menue.

They don't make them printers any more, and to get parts for them well thats another story. Plus to top it off Colorspan sold out to HP theres is no more colorspan.

Your going to have to put a 1/2" to 1" nonprinted border around the graphic that way the sides won't curl up. Or use a non removable film.
