I would say it's either of 2 things, your heat settings are to high or the way your streching it into your printer. You should only really have to put it in stright, not having to have people streching it.
I have seen JV3's run 24/7 and there still printing to this day, they may not look like the original printer but there spitting out great work. As long as you do the daily cleanings it will keep on running.
A tie? A dress shirt? Slacks? What are thoes, I don't wear that type of clothing, maybe I can Rent-a-suit.
Thats what sales people are for, so you don't have to waste time bending over backwards for new clients.
You shouldn't have to move anything, make sure your cutting strip is not gouged up. I haven't changed the cutting blade yet on my printer, and I have had it over 3 years. Grimco sell just the blads I think.
