It's called half cut, you have to change it from your cutters control panel and in your cutter settings.

I wouldn't spend a buck on it, It would be to costly for you to make any large prints off of it. It's probably a PC60

I still run my 4b at least 3 days a week cutting just numbers. And yes I have the latest technology to. The 4b might be old as dirt, but It comes in handy for certain things.

It's not like you really need that tiny led display to begin with, couldn't you just do without. My Gerber 4b did that years ago, I used a can of spray air and a small vacum and that worked for me.

Not sure what software your using but in Flexi pro theres a button called picture cut, if you convert a picture into vector you can cut it in the form various lines and it will look like the picture, it's not for up close viewing though.

Not true, 6 years ago I bought a Mutoh Tucan solvent printer, came with 3rd party bulk inks from day 1. It's the company that sold it to you that gives you the warranty.
