I don't know about your router but it can be done on a CNC. You can also do relief work. You need a diamond bit and cool with water. I prefer waterjetcut because you have very little work to fit it together. CNC needs a little grinding done.

Not that this is the answer but.... It's kinda hard to take a "template" look out of most templates... nothing horrible about having a template, your not selling web design, but you want to take the look out as much as possible. You also want to brand and identify with a logo, and a layout that...

The cleanness and simplicity of the site belies the craftsmanship with it... I think you need to work on getting rid of the template feel to it and give it a crafty feel to match the nice work... you do not need to overpower your sign work with fancy overdone website deign, just compliment it a...

As Royster brought up, it depends on the clip-art, and it depends in it's use... almost all clip-art will not allow logo usage if that was your intention... some will not allow for t-shirt designs unless you license it for that or if it is on a product like stickers, packaging lunch boxes etc....
