If someone replaces the head they are bad that is why they bought them. Also once they have ink in them it is almost impossible to get it all out, and that in its self will cause the head to go bad!
two thing that have worked for me are, one put on a light coat at edge of tape and let dry. Or either paint base coat color (same as background) or clear at seam of tape and let dry.
Corel X5 is using a completely different Color Management! Corel X5 has Roland color Palettes try one of them! You may need to look into color management in X5. Hope this helps you.
