The font in question is Adobe Garamond Regular, which is different than some of the other Garamond fonts out there. Your sample is not the ITC version or the one from Microsoft Office loaded on many PC's. As a matter of fact, I think there are at least a half dozen variations on Garamond...

None of the letterforms are consistent, I'm sure that the font is handdrawn.

Are you sure you attached the correct sample? That sure looks a lot like Times Bold or Times New Roman Bold, stretched a bit.

None of the letterforms are the same. My guess is that this was hand drawn.
