If engraved, it could be an engraving font, which I think use very specific fonts or when using common ttf/ps fonts, the serifs for instance become distorted and change the look of the original font.     I have a customer that supposedly cannot import an ai file I sent to them. They are using vinyl express - I don't know anything about this software. 95% of the files I send out are ai files saved down to version 6. Is the aforementioned software unable to handle this file type? Thank you. Eric
