    Are you exporting a cmyk tiff or rgb tiff from Photoshop? If it's cmyk boost the cmy up between 25-75% w/ 100k and see how it prints.

    Did or didn't? Go to Edit at the top left of your Flexi program >scroll down to preferences and the setting / option connect to local P. Mgr. using TCP/IP will be inside there.   18. Beveled Text Shape?

    Bevels in Photoshop or Eye Candy's Bevel Boss filter are both pretty easy. If you don't have those you could always ountline it and use a gradient for a very basic effect. You could also slice & dice with your path edit tools to make it a prismatic font.
