wow, i've also gotten PM's about never use acrylic, only use polycarb... thats so odd, VUTEk themselves claim plexi is fine and never mention using poly... I will definately try that next... thanks for the advice, and if anyone has any other suggestions for me that would be very welcome.

I thought the 1631 was the 5x10 and the 1610 was smaller... cuz I was quoted 100k for the 1631.

I drove down to Atlanta a few months ago to check out the Mimaki JF... for our deadlines and huge orders, it was too slow, but for a smaller shop that will not be recieving huge orders like us, the JF has beautiful quality. If you can wait for your prints, the JF is a good machine for 100k.
